FINANCIAL FREEDOM / RICH IN THE SAME WAY

The society in which we live nowadays hits undergoes changes, leading us to spend more money than necessary to keep a status. Theconsuming need invades and spreads everywhere; the means of communication overstocks us every day with advertising to sell more and more unnecessarythings, but making us believe the contrary.

At this point we must learn that everything out of our basic needs (shelter, food, medicine, etc.) is extra money that we can use wisely, but usually spent on what is not necessary; the question today is: What are you doing with your extra money? Stop a moment and analyze it, if you answer honestly then you will know to whom you belong.

Many times when we search forwhat we need, we lose the emphasis of what we are doing ceasing to be thankful to God and to what He gives us.Our desires become more important than our needs and begin to control us. We start working to pay the debts and our lives get out of control.

Generally, we do not realize how bless we are until we see people who have less than we do, and it is because we noticed in these people sincere gratitude to God even in the small things they have; in their humility they have learned the principle of being grateful.

In the contrary, while we are so busy in earthly riches that we forget that time is running out and we cannot buy it no matter the money we earn; we forget what really matter (God, family and friends) and become slaves to material possessions losing the purpose for which we were created.

The call today is to deal with what is transcendent and not to worry about what we leave when we're gone. Remember that we can be rich no matter how money we have, but carrying the presence of Godwith us.
