FINANCIAL FREEDOM, READING THE SMALL FONT

Nowadays, many people think that money and God should not be mixed, because money is not something that church has to deal with. It is very common to find somebody who thinks that Pastors just want to prosper with the money of the church.

The fact is that churches and Pastors are forced to discuss this issue. This is what God wants which is why over 2,350 Bible verses talk about money management. God knows our need to be financially free and how money management is a daily cause of divorce, illness and death. For this reason our Father wants us to learn not only the principle of saving, but also how to manage the savings. We must learn that money is the only way to improve our quality life, not a slaver of this.

It is necessary to recognize the role that finances play in our lives and check if they are competing with God for winning the first place in our hearts. If indeed we surrender our life to money instead of the Father, then we must correct it and allow God to take the first place in ourselves. Remember that only you know where your heart is when you know where your money is going.

Another aspect we have to take into account is to talk with the members of our family on this really important subject. Even young people should learn financial principles, the value of work and sacrifice to get things, because the best parent is not the one who gives everything to his children, but the one that teaches them how to manage what they have.

Do not forget that God does not need anything from you, but you need everything from Him, and only when you start developing what God has given you, then you start seeing positive changes in your life.
