Philosophers define the time as a necessary event for every human experience, which is very true, but today might be called a gift from God given to men so they can share meaningful moments to those around them.
Each week consists of 168 hours. An average person spends 128 to carry out his daily routine (eating, sleeping, exercising, going to work, relating to family), but that leaves nearly 40 free and idle hours to perform simple tasks as going to the bank, among other things. Most of the times, we strive to cover many things and sometimes we forget the spiritual area.
The relationship with God has become a matter of background as well as lost time; perhaps there are people among us who wonder ‘Why churches if God is everywhere?’ The answer is simple, churches exist to speak of Christ and take His message to the farthest reaches of the world.
But, how can we relate to God through church? First of all active members of the body (church) must learn how to relate to each other, strengthen the bonds that unite them and build a team based on tolerance to coexist with everyone there. It might motivate them to grow every day, strengthen their character and allow them to learn from others and teach those in needs.
Then we must look for a specific area where to serve, taking into account what we are good at. In the church is always needed the help of people committed to fulfill the mission and vision for which we were called, and also to shake the hearts of those who still do not understand the WHY of being a church, so in this way draw them into a real and growing relationship with Jesus Christ. This can only be achieved by showing a compelling environment, resulting in each individual the desire to get up every Sunday and attend his church.
After this week we want you to interact with your brothers in the IBNC; look for a place to serve within the body; join a small group; and shake the hearts of those who have not come to church so that they confess Jesus as their sole and sufficient Savior and thus move from being creatures to creation, enjoying all the privileges that gives them to be called children of God.
