Every life experience of human beings is useful since it helps to really know the inner self. With a little optimism and faith in God they may serve as a means to achieve the long-awaited happiness. Otherwise, if it is not confronted with the right attitude, the unforgettable experience can turn into something traumatic coming to lock ourselves in a repetitive cycle of mistrust and fear hard to beat. It is important to highlight that all the experiences (positives and negatives) are lodged in our minds and in our hearts.
The more negative experiences arise in our lives more mental defenses are activated, leading us to create excuses, avoid facing certain situations, speculate, judge and argue others with no real and solid foundations, provoking that we stop believing and lose the faith.
As Christians we must not feed our hearts with negative memories. Although they are unforgettable experiences we have the God-given authority to control them and not allow them to take over our lives. Therefore we must make room in our interior to the pleasant memories that we have lived. It is also necessary that you to ask yourself: What are the intentions within me?
It is not enough to intend to do the right thing or to want to change something; you must drive strategies for this to happen. Remember: INTENTION WITH NO ACTION IS JUST A THOUGHT IN THE AIR.
Finally… Take the time to listen to that inner voice telling you who you are and what you must change to become the person God wants you to be. Stop listening to external voices that keep you away from your mission in life. Do not let the evil of the past control your present and move you away from the path that will lead you to a better future. And do not forget that God wants you to live a daily experience, so do not hesitate to approach Him and talk to Him in your own words, listening to what He has to tell you in silence.
